“Hey, look at me.
I’m not asking you for anything.
When I say I love you, it’s not because I want you,
or because I can’t have you
and it has nothing to do with me.
I love what you are,
what you do,
how you try.
I’ve seen your kindness and your strength.
I’ve seen the best and the worst of you
and I understand, with perfect clarity, exactly what you are.
You’re a hell of a woman.”

one of my favorite speeches. can you guess where it’s from?

Witness The Finest Hour…

by Jordan Kyle on July 19th, 2010

Just a friendly reminder, tomorrow is the launch date for Bryan Lee O’Malley’s 6th installment of the Scott Pilgrim Series, “Scott Pilgrim’s Finest Hour”. I absolutely cannot wait to see how this all ends and I am super excited to see his final face-off against Gideon. Who will be victorious? =)

It Was Worth A Shot…

Inception was awesome. I’m not going to spoil anything about this movie, but if at any time I were with Ellen Paige, I would’ve done the exact same thing. All who have watched it know what I am speaking about and those who haven’t watched it, what the heck are you waiting for. Easily this years best film. 10/10 without a doubt. In all honestly, I’m probably going to watch it again. Anyone want to watch it for the first time or again with me? Let me know! Seriously, such an awesome movie.

Despicable Sorcerer (Spoiler Alert)

I was able to catch a couple flicks yesterday and I did enjoy both films. The first film that entertained me yesterday was Disney’s The Sorcerers Apprentice starring Nicholas Cage and Jay Baruchel. Now some people usually think that once they see that a movie is made by Disney, it’s usually gonna be cheesy. People forget that Disney has the ability to do a lot of big budget films and have great scripts to work with. I mean, come on, if they’re big enough to buy out Marvel, Disney definitely has some money to blow.

A Break, A Pause

by Jordan Kyle on July 10th, 2010

Today was the first day I went to a place where I only knew one person. My buddy, D, had a BBQ and it was quite the time. I had a chance to practice my social skills with people that I met for the first time and I really had fun conversing with these different people. I like when I’m in a place where there are people who seem so down to Earth and are open to any type of discussion. I now know that I can be in a place with people I do not know and be completely fine, if not excited. One of the best days I’ve had in a while and I am glad to have met a bunch of wonderful people.

The Last Piece of Crap (Spoiler Alert)

by Jordan Kyle on July 5th, 2010

I watched The Last Airbender last week. It took me long to write this review because I really didn’t even want to write it. The Last Airbender is based on the Nickelodeon cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender. This movie was horrible. The intro got me pretty excited because they started it off like the cartoon. Little did I know, the intro was the only thing I thought was good in the movie.
